Who We Are

The President and Founder, Eric Kornblit, has an MBA and over 20 years of construction, contracts, and property management experience. Eric is a commercial contracts manager, employed at a Fortune 500 company for 18 years, and has worked on over $14 billion of construction projects in his career.

 

His experience as a supply chain officer has included managing contracts for new and renovated clean room factories, data centers, labs, and office construction in Europe, the Middle East, and North America. His most recent project has been the flagship building of a mulitnational tech company which is over one million SQFT.

 

Eric is a Certified Six Sigma Green Belt since 2006 and has completed over a dozen Six Sigma process improvement projects. Eric and his team bring not only contractual knowledge but supply chain and process expertise.

 

Eric has translated this experience into the property management market where he has been managing properties in Oregon since 2007, when he purchased his first rental property in the residential market. The opportunities have grown and Eric and his experienced team at DPM are here to provide the highest level of service.

    DPM’s commitment is that we will match or beat any competitors’ percent management fee and move-in unit rate. DPM is not a large firm with high overhead but a small expert firm who accepts only clients who are interested in maintaining their properties and improving the long term value.

  2. DPM will act with Integrity

    DPM will always provide the best value, but we do not substitute value for cheap product or low quality workmanship in repairs. Our obligation is the fiduciary responsibility to our client but not at the expense of the safety or health of the tenant.

    DPM works together with the client to meet all federal and state laws while ensuring the tenant that the client and DPM have moral integrity. The best relationships begin by building trust and working on good faith. These are the underpinnings of our society and DPM pledges to act with integrity across all of its practices.

  3. DPM will develop long term relationships with Owners and Renters
    DPM treats every client with the highest level of care. DPM will sit with new clients and develop a long term strategy based on owner goals. These goals will be revisited periodically to track and revise plans as necessary. DPM is not just there to collect its fee; our firm wants to build long term success for our clients.

    DPM is also committed to ensuring tenant satisfaction and encourages building long-term tenant relationships. In order to maximize property value and tenant satisfaction, we respond efficiently to tenant requests and provide guidelines to owners for preventative maintenance. DPM has an extensive list of licensed reasonable contractors who will provide the best value.
